IE Compatibility Mode Setting Procedure
 

To set your IE 8 or 9 browser to compatibility mode use your browser tool bar Tools --> Compatibility View Settings and make an entry as shown below.  Add mccormickfamily.com in the box and click add.   Alternatively you can check the Display All Websites in Compatibility View box.
